3 Little Hat Family
Simple texture and great color makes this hat fit in with the whole family. Fabric is achieved by crocheting in the half double crochet's middle bar that is found under the top two loops of the stitch. This simple twist on the basic stitch makes great horizontal stripes in the fabric. Pattern includes instructions for an adult, child, and infant size. Yarn used is Amelia and Wiggles Pink Bear Yarn that is so new it is still not up on the website! If you want to start crocheting yours today, suggestions for substituting yarns is given below. Amelia and Wiggles also have a great hat kit that includes enough yarn for two hats; which should be released and available on their website in April. All photography was taken by my fabulously talented friend, Katy Jo Porter. It is all her magic somehow making my cranky, energetic, and furry family all look happy and wonderful in the pictures. You can find her at love-struck photography; she does weddings, kids, and animals. And take it from me, you can't find a better photographer for kids; my kids adore her as much as I do!
